The Global Citizenship Observatory recently released a series of discussion papers about animals and politics. APPLE convenors Sue Donaldson and Will Kymlicka started the discussion with their piece titled: Political Animals: Should non-humans be recognized as co-citizens, denizens and self-governing political agents? Five papers, by leading scholars follow their contribution, namely:
